As a result, an epitaxial layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate, the thermal treatment enables dopants to be implanted into the semiconductor substrate, and the like. The temperature and the time of the process are respectively controlled by controlling the temperature of the semiconductor substrate and the duration of the process.
